This bedroom is really inspiring my bedroom direction...
I already have the art, bed linens, chair and gold side table figured out. The rug is giving me fits! I am sure this is a very high end French rug design. It looks like a pale gray agate slice. I really want that pale gray and ivory color. This is all I can find:

So which do you like best? I can always do a solid gray silk/wool or a patched ivory cowhide if none of these are inspiring....

Ok first of all that brass table is giving me a heart attack. Secondly, the $$$$ rug is just about killing me. Thirdly, I have no links for you at the moment but I will do a serious search for you because I need to see this room come to life for my own selfish reasons. ;o)
Elyse, I saw that first one in my rug hunt and I do like it. I love the size of the print in the second one - but they are calling it light blue. I wish I could see them in person before having to purchase! They are great!

ooohhh i LOVE that $$$ one!! I just met this woman who does custom rugs if you want her contact info... not sure what ya want to spend. I think average for hers is $48 sq ft.

Those are great, Naomi! Not really sure on a budget but maybe will just get the chair and table first and then think about rugs later. Have been looking at them for two days and my eyes hurt...hahaha
