ivanka's pad
Have you seen Ivanka Trump's apartment in the latest Elle? I am sure everyone will be blogging about it so I will keep it brief. It was done by Kelly Behun. I am obsessed with the cover sofa, love the art in every room (esp. dining and master), not crazy about the den, love the bedroom (need cherry blossoms in every photo to make them look like Elle Decor), and the nursery is pretty but just kinda blah. I like that she used Restoration Hardware and it looks like a great apartment but not too unattainable. She and her family are beautiful!

I couldn't agree more about that last image. It seems totally out of sync with the rest of the fabulous pad! Love the colors in the dining room. Fab!
What I found interesting was how much of her style she compromised when she moved in with her husband. If you look at the photos of her previous apartment (the one published in Domino a while back), she was much more bohemian/eclectic. In the article she mentions her husband prefers modern, I guess we know who was calling the shots!
I found it a bit hotel like overall My favorite was the bedroom, least favorite the den.
