sliding doors

Do you remember that movie with Gwyneth Paltrow - Sliding Doors - where one moment in your day can change your whole life without you knowing it? I guess that doesn't have anything to do with this post - but if I owned my own home I would make all of these doors and it would change my life! hahaha
How fun would it be to take a ceiling medallion and put it on the middle of a door and center a door knob and paint the whole thing glossy black? Delish.
Oh, and everything was gone when I got to Target yesterday. I am kinda glad because now I am not into any of it. Except the baby zig zag onesie - which I got and am sending to Maddie.

I used to love that movie. And now I want a medallioned door!

Great details! And pretty colors. It's the little things that count.

I was able to nab a pair of socks for myself LOL. And flats for my daughter. But I did manage to get online and get the iPhone cover and a one-piece (which I hope fits!).

It was actually slightly better quality than I was expecting (more cotton than acrylic) but plastic dishes aren't my thing. I'd rather have the real thing. ;o)

I love the doorknob in the middle action, saw it all over Italy. I was one of the shoppers online that cursed the target online shopping experience when it crashed. :( The children's clothes were oh so cute!

I like how door knobs look in the middle, but function-wise they really piss me off. Our front door was like that in my old house and we replaced it. Its hard to operate a big bulky entrance door when pushing or pulling from the middle!
