I have a great friend who may buy a really small, funky motel in Lake Tahoe and let me decorate it! This is what I am thinking, as she will be on a super tight budget (most things vintage or Ikea)...what do you think? Have a spectacular weekend...

lucky you! Ages ago, my old boss and I dreamed of buying a motel in the Berkshires (where he is now a real estate agent) and doing a simple/modern thing (most of what's available there is either bed and breakfast-y or log cabin/lodge.) Would have been cool!!

Exciting!! Great mood boards. I was at Ikea last weekend and they really do have some good finds. Their rugs in particular I was in to.
